LAST WEEKS SC183

I did this challenge a week ago but, because I made it for our STAMP CLUB layout challenge I could not show it to you until now. "NOW" you ask, yep! we had our Stamp Club get together on Friday night. So I can show you now! I used the new colors and a stamp set that I had not used before. I know I have to many stamp sets. The set is "Pun Fun" there are so many cute stamps in this set. Well enough talk here is my card.

The hippo was stamped 2 times and the head was cut out and popped up and I added 2 extra balloons which I put put stickles on and the bow around the neck.
