This is called Black magic:
It is done by stamping your main image in craft white and then going over it with Stampin' Up colored pencils or Prisma pencils they must be high grade pigment pencils. The white dots make it pop. If your stamp does not have dots you make your own.

Most that I have seen are with a magnet strip on the back however this one has a stand so it can be put on your desk.
This card has a heart that turns when you open the card..I'm sorry it got ink on it in class..stuff happens..I'll make another..
