**PENNANTS BIRTHDAY**

OMG...So many new things and I just can't get away from this paper and the feel of being at a circus I guess it makes me feel like a kid again...."O" BOY that's a stretch..LOL...any way I love the DSP " just add cake and the Big top birthday" they both remind me of a circus..and also the Pennants punch.. and as always I made it into a birthday card because I always need lots of them..any way here is my card for today.

I used the crystal Effects on the tops of the cupcakes.
